Comprehensive Teacher Training
This pathway is the gold-standard of Pilates teacher training. Joseph Pilates designed his method using exercises on the mat, reformer, chair, trapeze table and ladder barrels. This program will train you on each piece of equipment and prepare you to work with the system as a whole.

It is recommended that all students who wish to pursue a program certification (Mat, Reformer, Comprehensive) begin with Movement Principles. This course is offered 2x/year. Please check our calendar for current dates.

Most courses are offered once a year with a comprehensive cycle beginning in August and ending in April. If we have enough students to support a second offering we will work with that group to schedule additional courses.

Many students are able to have the anatomy requirement waived if they have taken anatomy with another program or certification. Please refer to our course catalog for a complete list of exceptions.
Students wishing to fufill their anatomy requirement with us have the option to take Anatomy in 3-Dimensions which is a dynamic, movement based course using models and clay to build muscles.
Students registering for individual courses may take anatomy at ant point during their training but students wishing to enroll in a program must provide evidence of anatomy completion prior to the start of their program.
