Lindy Royer, PT, NCPT

Primary Educator Pilates Comprehensive Training

Lindy is an Aussie transplant now living in Colorado. She is a graduate in Physiotherapy from the acclaimed Cumberland College of Health Sciences in Sydney, Australia, and practiced as a staff Physiotherapist at Sydney Hospital before moving to Colorado to pursue her love of skiing. After spending several years in Steamboat Springs as a Professional Ski Patroller, Lindy returned to the practice of outpatient Physical Therapy in 1987, specializing in sports medicine, back and neck pain, post surgical rehabilitation and injuries of the shoulder, knee, ankle and foot. Since then, she has received training and certification in several manual therapy techniques, Neuro-structural Integration Technique, The Pilates Method and The Franklin Method. After receiving her Pilates certification, Lindy began to explore a body/mind approach to health, fitness and rehabilitation, which produced faster and more lasting results in her patients. This led to the founding of Park Meadows Pilates and Physical Therapy in 2005. Over the last decade, Lindy has developed a unique therapeutic program that combines education, movement science, awareness and imagery to restore balance to the whole body for natural healing. Lindy enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys and brand new grand-daughter! She loves skiing, hiking, rafting, and appreciating the Colorado outdoors.
