This course teaches beginner to intermediate exercises and how to use them in treating common injuries including lower back pain, hip and knee pain, and shoulder injuries. Includes safe use of the equipment, patient set up, regressing, progressing and modifying exercises and clinical case studies to help you put the concepts into practice. This course satisfies the Reformer 1 requirement for our Balanced Body Pilates Certification program.
Starting in January 2026, Balanced Body is launching a new student resource portal - CLARA. When you register for a class with us, you will then receive a link to purchase your REQUIRED digital course materials directly through Balanced Body ($75). We will have physical copies of manuals ($50) for students who wish to purchase them in addition to the digital format but a physical manual is NOT REQUIRED.
