Dr. Carrie Lamb is a studio owner and board-certified orthopedic physical therapist with over 20 years in practice. Additionally, she is a CoreAlign Master Instructor, an experienced Pilates instructor, and a graduate of the eCornell and T. Colin Campbell program in plant-based nutrition. She has experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic issues and enjoys working with athletes of all ages and abilities. Her Pilates training is eclectic with certifications from Polestar and Balanced Body. These two comprehensive programs combined with her physical therapy background and influences from more classical training programs have transformed Carrie’s understanding of the integration of mind, body and movement. She is passionate about empowering people to optimize their movement and fully engage with the world around them. Carrie earned a Master’s of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 2000 and competed her transition Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Regis University in May of 2012. Since that time, Carrie’s practice has taken her from Portland, OR to Aspen, CO, and now to Evergreen, CO which she is happy to call home. In April of 2012 she became a Core Align Master Instructor after years of coursework and practice. Her passion for this apparatus grows with each class she teaches as new possibilities are continually discovered. She then had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with Balanced Body as they re-designed the CoreAlign curriculum. Despite her love of movement education, her favorite job is that of wife of her fantastic husband and mother to her three beautiful children. She enjoys running, cycling, hiking, skiing, gardening…any opportunity there is to get outside with her family and enjoy all that Colorado has to offer.
