Course Manuals

Manuals are required for each course. Please register for the course first before ordering your manual as we are unable to sell manuals to students who are not currently registered for a course.

Streaming fees give you access to video content of all exercises taught during the course. You will receive login directions directly from Balanced Body Education for this content.

Students who are attending courses in-person will receive their manual on the first day of their course and should choose the “local pick up” option at checkout.

Online students can choose their preferred shipping method. Please note we are unable to guarantee on-time manual delivery for students registering within 2 weeks of any course but will do our best to get it to you on time. Should your manual not arrive by your scheduled start date, you will be emailed a digital PDF copy to use.

All manual and streaming purchases are non-refundable.
